Each month you will have the opportunity to collect raffle tickets by doing the following:

*Refer a new patient to our office - 2 tickets

*Submit a testimonial - 2 tickets

*Submit a review online - 1 ticket

*Attend our New Patient Orientation class - 1 ticket

             ~1 bonus ticket for each guest you bring along

A winner will be drawn at the end of each month. A grand prize winner will be drawn at the end of the year!!
